SHIPPING & RETURNING POLICY
Shipping
- Free Standard Delivery is available when you spend over $150 AUD (or $115 USD) after applying any discounts or promotions.
- Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please note: shipping times may vary depending on your location and external courier delays. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (excluding non-returnable items listed below).
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have original packaging and tags attached
- Be free from stains, odours, pet hair, or damage
- Not be a final sale item
- Have the hygiene label attached and undamaged (where applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear
- Towels
- Socks
- Drinkware
Refunds & Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
